Xiaomei, the heroine studying in the Netherlands, misses her hometown Suzhou and her parents, and Teacher Napoli, a newcomer from abroad, also longs for his homeland Italy. So, as the once-a-year Venice Mask Festival approaches, they invite classmates and the children present to design and make their own characteristic masks and celebrate the Venice Mask Festival together. Meanwhile, Jett receives a mission from Jinbao and arrives in the Netherlands to 'help everyone find materials for the masks.' In the fairy-tale-beautiful Netherlands, they wander in search of a path—Betty receives a gift from the Tulip Sprite, Casa gets help from the Windmill Sprite—but only the ornament Xiaomei fancies lies at the bottom of the sea. Just as everyone is at a loss, Super Wings' diving genius Xiaoqing springs into action! What exactly is Xiaomei's mask ornament? Will Napoli and the friends make it to the mask carnival? What surprises await at the mask festival party? Super Wings needs your help! Come join Jett and Xiaoqing to complete the mission and celebrate the mask carnival!
